Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Petrol Bunk Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel station. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring fuel stock, maintaining sales and cash records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the petrol bunk and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise petrol pump operators, cashiers, and other staff.
- Monitor petrol and diesel stock, daily sales, fuel receipts, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, cash collection records, bank deposits, and expense statements.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash, card payments, UPI transactions, and credit sales.
- Monitor fuel dispensing units and coordinate maintenance whenever required.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, including shift handovers.
- Verify daily sales against fuel meter readings and stock records.
- Maintain staff attendance, duty schedules, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety procedures, and applicable fuel station regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain good customer service.
- Coordinate with fuel company representatives, suppliers, and service technicians.




- Prevent fuel losses, cash discrepancies, unauthorized credit, and operational irregularities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to management.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Knowledge of petrol bunk operations and fuel stock management.
- Positive numerical, cash-handling, and accounting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to prepare daily sales and stock reports.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage operational issues independently.

Experience and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in petrol bunk, fuel station, retail operations, or a similar managerial role preferred.
- Experience in staff supervision, inventory control, cash management, and daily reporting.
- A degree or diploma is preferred; relevant operational experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
