We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated nursing professionals to join our team and provide quality nursing care to patients at home in Mannargudi and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients at their homes according to the care plan and within the nurse's qualifications and scope of practice.

- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, as appropriate.

- Assist bedridden, elderly, and recovering patients with daily care needs.

- Provide support to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or hospitalisation.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as authorised and within professional scope.

- Maintain proper patient care records and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising clinician or doctor.

- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, positioning, and pressure sore prevention.

- Follow infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.

- Communicate professionally with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

- Follow the prescribed care plan and promptly escalate emergencies or deterioration in a patient's condition.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.





Eligibility Criteria

- ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing qualification.

- Valid nursing registration with the applicable nursing council, as required for the role.

- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, patient monitoring, and infection control.

- Good communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patients.

- Willingness to provide home-based nursing care in Mannargudi and surrounding areas.

- Ability to work independently while following the prescribed care plan and clinical instructions.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, subject to role requirements.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in home healthcare, elderly care, or bedside nursing.

- Nurses experienced in caring for bedridden patients.

- Candidates with knowledge of post-operative care and basic patient monitoring.
