Key Responsibilities

- Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Explain relevant products and services clearly.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange follow-ups.
- Respond to customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
- Support customer acquisition and business development across assigned projects.
- Follow company communication standards and customer privacy practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Senior telecallers and candidates with team-handling experience may also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, English, or other Indian languages are an advantage.
- Basic smartphone or computer knowledge.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales, customer support, telemarketing, or lead-generation experience is an added advantage.

Compensation & Incentives

Compensation will depend on the assigned role, experience, responsibilities, and engagement model.

Performance-based incentives may be available for eligible candidates based on verified leads, successful conversions, and business results. Higher performance may qualify for higher incentives, according to the applicable incentive structure communicated during selection.
