Job Summary:
Catalyst Education is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counsellors for our Kottakkal location. The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing suitable courses, explain educational programs, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and educational programs.
- Understand students’ academic interests and career goals.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update lead details regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or the education sector will be an advantage.
