Store ManagementOversee receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of all materials.Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.Ensure proper material identification, segregation, and storage conditions.Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.Dispatch ManagementPlan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer requirements.Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods with complete documentation.Verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport records.Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.Monitor dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate store and dispatch records in ERP/software.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO, GMP, and statutory requirements.Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.Support internal and external audits.Team ManagementSupervise store and dispatch staff.Allocate work and monitor team performance.Train team members on inventory control, safety, and documentation procedures.Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards within the store area.Authority :Authorize material receipt, storage, and issuance as per approved procedures.Approve routine store and dispatch documentation.Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.Allocate duties and supervise Store and Dispatch staff.Recommend inventory replenishment and stock adjustments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
