Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components for manufacturing environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
