Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to manage the overall HR operations of a medical college, including recruitment, employee management, NMC compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Handle recruitment of Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, doctors, and non-teaching staff.
- Manage manpower planning, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and NMC guidelines.
- Maintain faculty records, qualification documents, and regulatory documentation.




- Coordinate NMC inspections and compliance requirements.
- Lead the HR team and prepare regular HR reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a medical college or hospital.
- Strong knowledge of NMC compliance and inspection procedures.
- Experience in medical faculty recruitment and medical college administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Must be willing to travel as required for work.
