Implements and supports the hospital management software at client sites and remotely, ensuring smooth go-lives and reliable day-to-day operation.

- Install, configure and set up the HIS at client hospitals: SQL Server setup, database and backup configuration, terminals (registration, OP/IP, pharmacy, billing, lab), user roles and permissions, and financial year setup.
- Gather and analyse client requirements, document them, and coordinate with the product and development teams on feasibility, effort and delivery.
- Support data migration: collect and validate legacy data, and verify records after migration.
- Plan and support go-live, including testing, UAT, rollback planning and post-go-live support.
- Train doctors, nurses and hospital staff module by module and by role.
- Provide L2 support through in office visits and remote sessions. Log and track tickets, troubleshoot in a structured way (application logs, SQL backend, stored procedures, integrations) and escalate to the technical team with evidence.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, issues and resolutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
