Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our telecalling team in the jewellery manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Contact jewellery retailers, wholesalers, dealers, and prospective buyers.
- Explain company products and jewellery offerings to customers.
- Follow up with customers to develop business opportunities.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for resolutions.
- Support WhatsApp marketing by sharing product details, catalogues, and updates.




- Identify potential customers through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details in Excel.
- Achieve daily calling targets and support the sales team in lead conversion.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Interest in sales, telecalling, and customer handling.
- Willingness to learn about jewellery products and the jewellery market.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
- Basic English and Hindi communication; Gujarati is an advantage.
