We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team and manage construction activities, site execution, quality, and project coordination.

Position: Civil Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other departments.
- Check quantity, quality, and workmanship of construction activities.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements, quantity estimates, and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
- Conduct site inspections and identify construction issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Review drawings and coordinate for required technical clarifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.




- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
- Check contractor bills and verify measurements before submission.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and cost control.
- Ensure construction activities comply with applicable quality standards and specifications.

Required Skills

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant construction/site experience.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Valuable knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary: ₹25000 TO 30000 per month
