As a Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training programs within the organization. Your role will involve assessing the training needs of employees, designing effective training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements.
- Design and develop training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.




- Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training solutions that address specific business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Robust knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and establish effective working relationships.

Tools Required:

- Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and managing training programs.
- Presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides) for creating training materials.
- Assessment tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Communication tools (e.g., email, videoconferencing software) for coordinating training sessions.
- Content creation tools for developing e-learning modules and training documentation.
