About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure GST and statutory compliance, and coordinate financial audits. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in GST reconciliation, financial reporting, and annual audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation, verification, and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliation, including sales reconciliation, ITC verification, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Oversee ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, debtor and creditor reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate annual statutory audits and other financial audits with auditors and consultants.
- Prepare audit schedules, financial statements,



and supporting documents for year-end finalisation.
- Support TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist management with financial analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with internal financial procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in annual audit coordination and financial finalisation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
