We are looking for energetic, results-driven Freelance Sales Representatives based in India to help us grow our user base across university campuses, career bootcamps, job-seeker networks and recruiting agencies.
Role Overview
Role Type: Freelance / Contract / Commission-Based
Location: Remote (India)
Target Audience: Job seekers, final-year university students, recent graduates, tech professionals, career coaches, and bootcamps.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Identify and connect with active job seekers, university career clubs, bootcamp grads, and job-hunt communities (LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Reddit).
Product Demonstrations: Introduce candidates and partners to KrackerAI, showcasing how it turns complex job descriptions into personalized interview preparation reports in minutes.
Partnership Development: Pitch KrackerAI to local career guidance counselors, placement cells, and resume writers for bulk access or referral partnerships.
Lead Conversion:
Convert prospective users into active accounts by demonstrating the clear value of AI-driven interview prep.
What We Are Looking For
Background: Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales, telesales, lead generation, or campus ambassador roles (EdTech, SaaS, or recruitment experience is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Robust familiarity with LinkedIn, social media sourcing, and general AI/SaaS tools.
Self-Motivated: Strong pitch skills, self-discipline, and a hustle mindset to drive user acquisition independently.
