- Identify edge cases, dependencies, and scenarios that could create confusion or friction.
- Align with product stakeholders and developers on functionality, feasibility, and expected behaviour before finalizing designs.

- Consistently think from the user's point of view when designing features, interfaces, and workflows.
- Understand user intent, expectations, behaviour, and potential pain points at every stage of the journey.

- Simplify complex interactions and make interfaces intuitive, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Anticipate user questions and design interfaces that provide the right information at the right time.

3. User Journey & Booking Flow Ownership

- Design, maintain, and continuously improve end-to-end booking journeys.
- Ensure users can move smoothly from discovering a puja or seva to understanding its details, selecting an option, providing required information, making payment, and receiving booking confirmation.
- Minimize unnecessary steps, repeated inputs, confusing forms, and avoidable drop-offs.
- Design clear form interactions, validation messages, error handling, loading states, payment failure states, and recovery flows.
- Ensure booking flows remain consistent, predictable, and easy to complete across supported platforms.

4. Service Discovery & Navigation

- Own and Improve the discovery experience so users can easily find relevant pujas, jaap and mantra services, mannat pujas, chadhava, and other seva offerings.
- Design intuitive navigation, category structures, search and filtering experiences where applicable, and clear content hierarchy.
- Help users understand the differences between offerings and choose the most relevant service for their needs.

- Reduce confusion during browsing and create a natural path from discovery to booking.
- Review discovery journeys regularly to identify usability gaps and opportunities for improvement.

5. Homepage Design & Maintenance

- Own the UX/UI of the homepage and continuously improve its structure, navigation, content hierarchy, and user journeys.
- Ensure users quickly understand what Sanatan Seva Setu offers and how to access relevant services.
