About the Company

Strong Ceiling System Private Limited is engaged in trading and wholesale supply. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, billing, banking, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and enter purchase and sales transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, quotations, and proforma invoices.
- Handle GST-related work, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing coordination.
- Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with purchase records and GSTR-2B.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Process supplier payments and maintain vendor accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Maintain TDS records and assist with TDS returns, where applicable.
- Maintain stock and inventory records and reconcile them with accounting records.




- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with the CA, auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting work and statutory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and e-invoicing/e-way bills will be an advantage.
- Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and accounting skills.
