- Monitor and supervise the nursing staff, provide guidance and follow up on care delivery.
- Conduct patient home visits to assess care, support nurses and identify changing needs.
- Review, verify and maintain complete, accurate patient and nursing documentation.
- Promote clinical quality and ensure care follows established protocols and safety standards.
- Coordinate timely responses to emergencies, escalating to the appropriate clinical or emergency services as needed.
- Communicate with patients and families about care plans, concerns and service coordination.
- Occasionally support marketing and business development activities, including clinical service discussions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
