We are looking for experienced and target-driven Sales Executives who can promote and sell our subscription packages to property dealers and real estate agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit property dealers, real estate agents, and property consultants across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby areas.
- Introduce our real estate portal and demonstrate its features and benefits.
- Sell paid membership and subscription packages to property dealers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain property listing, property data, and WhatsApp marketing features.
- Build strong relationships with property dealers and real estate agencies.
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.





Required Experience & Skills

✔ Prior experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Portal Sales, or selling services to property dealers is mandatory.

✔ Candidates with experience selling subscriptions, memberships, advertising packages, or digital marketing services to property dealers will be preferred.

✔ Strong connections with property dealers in Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, and Panchkula.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

✔ Comfortable with field sales and direct client meetings.

✔ Ability to independently generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates who have previously worked with real estate portals, property listing platforms, real estate advertising companies, or PropTech businesses will be given preference.
