Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee water cooler manufacturing and assembly operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, product quality, timely dispatch readiness, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets as per the schedule.
- Production Operations: Supervise water cooler assembly, brazing, compressor fitting, gas charging, electrical wiring, and other relevant manufacturing processes.
- Manpower Management: Allocate duties, manage workforce productivity, and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
- Quality Control: Ensure product quality at every stage of production and take corrective action to minimize defects and rework.
- Material Management: Coordinate with Store and Purchase departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Production Reporting: Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports, material consumption records, and productivity data.
- Process Improvement:



Identify production bottlenecks and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Safety & 5S: Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
- Target Achievement: Monitor production performance and ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Experience in water cooler, refrigerator, or similar cooling equipment manufacturing preferred.

Required Skills

- Robust production planning and execution skills.
- Experience in manpower handling and team leadership.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and quality control.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
