We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage PF & ESIC compliance, salary preparation, and billing-related activities for a security agency.

Job Location: Asansol
Gender: Male / Female candidate required
Position: Accounts & PF/ESIC Executive
Salary: As per experience and skills

Key Responsibilities

Handle PF and ESIC-related work and documentation.
Prepare monthly salary sheets for security personnel.
Manage billing, invoices, and related records.
Maintain employee and payroll records accurately.
Perform basic accounting and data-entry tasks.
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative work.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of PF & ESIC procedures.
- Experience in salary sheet preparation and payroll management.
- Knowledge of billing,



invoicing, and documentation.
- Valuable computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in a security agency will be preferred.
