A hands-on operations leader who resolves bottlenecks, develops teams and supports capacity expansion and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :-

Achieve production targets; minimize downtime
Plan weekly/monthly schedules & track work orders Coordinate materials, Stores.
Purchase & Dispatch Lead shop-floor teams: manage allocation & productivity
Conduct daily reviews; train operators & workmen
Control rejection/rework; implement corrective actions Maintain production reports, safety & housekeeping
Manufacturing / engineering operations experience
Production planning & resource optimization
Quality standards & inspection-process knowledge
Safety, factory rules & Statutory compliance

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Manufacturing operation: 6 years (Required)

Location:

- Bhiwandi, Maharashtra (Required)

Work Location: In person
