Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Prepress Executive with hands-on experience in printing and packaging, particularly in flexible packaging, pouches, laminates, and cartons. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, checking, and approving artwork to ensure accurate, print-ready files for production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process artwork for flexible packaging, pouches, laminates, and cartons.
- Check artwork dimensions, bleed, fonts, die-lines, trapping, overprinting, and registration.
- Prepare print-ready files and colour separations for Flexographic and Gravure printing.
- Handle CMYK, Pantone/Spot Colours, colour separation, and colour matching.
- Verify cutting lines, sealing areas, lamination requirements, barcodes, QR codes, and regulatory information.
- Conduct preflight checks and resolve artwork issues before production.
- Coordinate with Design, QC, Production, and Cylinder/Plate teams.
- Manage artwork revisions, approvals, and file versions.




- Ensure only the latest approved artwork is released for production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in Prepress, Artwork, Printing, or Packaging.
- Hands-on knowledge of flexible packaging and printing processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Understanding of Gravure and Flexographic printing.
- Knowledge of CMYK, Pantone colours, colour separation, and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Graphic Design, Prepress, or a related field.
- Solid attention to detail, colour accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
