Ambrient Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and responsible **Tender Executive** to join our Head Office team on an **URGENT BASIS**. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of tender documentation, government and private tenders, bid submission, and tender portal management.
**Job Location:** Head Office, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
*Position:* Tender Executive
**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
**Joining:** Immediate / As Soon As Possible
### Roles & Responsibilities
* Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders.
* Handle tender documentation, preparation, and online bid submission.
* Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
* Prepare and maintain technical bids, financial bids, quotations, and other required documents.
* Manage tender submissions through government portals such as GeM and CPPP/e-Procurement portals, as applicable.
* Coordinate with internal departments to collect the required documents, approvals, and pricing details.
* Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all tender requirements.
* Track tender deadlines,
bid status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
* Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, tender fees, and related documentation.
* Assist with post-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
### Requirements
* Graduate in any relevant discipline; a technical or engineering background will be an advantage.
* Prior experience in tendering, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
* Knowledge of government tender portals and online bidding procedures.
* Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
* Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
* Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
