Key Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person. - Explain products, prices, features and offers to customers. - Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales. - Follow up with potential and existing customers. - Maintain good relationships with customers and understand their requirements. - Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for customer orders. - Assist in online sales and customer support. - Maintain basic records of enquiries, orders and sales. - Achieve monthly sales targets.
