Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and understand their product requirements.
- Promote and recommend products to customers.
- Handle sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Support billing and other store operations when required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Supermarket/Retail/FMCG sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
