Stationed directly at the project site office to lead on-ground layout walkthroughs, manage customer experience from arrival to booking, and drive spot/fast closures for residential bungalow plots and commercial plots.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and customer hospitality at the project site office and layout demo areas.
- Deliver persuasive on-ground walkthroughs, explaining plot demarcations, road widths, water systems, temple/school amenities, and legal approvals (CIDCO / Sanad 42(A)).
- Drive high-conversion spot closings, handling buyer objections on pricing, Vastu, layout orientation, and installment schedules.
- Coordinate with the central sales team and telecalling desk to manage daily visitor queues and weekend site visit surges.
- Oversee site sales documentation, token advance receipts, plot blocking sheets, and handoff to the registry/banking team.
- Keep the physical site walkthrough areas, model plots, and marketing banners presentable and inspection-ready at all times.
- 5+ years of dedicated site sales experience in plotted developments or township land layouts.
- Deep understanding of land terminologies (Gat numbers, layout sanctions, carpet/super built-up equivalents in plots, Sanad, Ferfar).
- Exceptional face-to-face interpersonal skills with high local cultural familiarity in Marathi and Hindi.
- Robust objection-handling and spontaneous closing ability during on-site client visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
