Job Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced retired officer from the Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Air Force) or Police / Paramilitary Forces to join us as a Security Training Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for training and grooming our security guards to ensure they meet company standards, maintain strict discipline, present themselves professionally, and know basic safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Grooming & Discipline Training: Train security guards on proper dress codes, clean uniforms, polished shoes, carrying ID cards, and maintaining personal hygiene daily.
- Company Norms & Etiquette: Educate guards on company rules, qualified behavior, reporting structures, and respectful client interactions.
- Basic Safety Training: Conduct hands-on training on Fire Extinguisher operation, basic emergency response, and gate/site management.
- Regular Inspections:



Periodically inspect deployed guards at various sites to ensure discipline and uniform standards are being followed.
- Feedback & Reporting: Report on guard attendance, performance, and training completion to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Background: Retired / Ex-Servicemen only (Ex-Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, CRPF, BSF, or similar defense background).
- Experience: Prior experience in drill instruction, guard supervision, or training in armed forces/security is preferred.
- Skills: Strong sense of discipline, leadership, and clear communication in Hindi / local language.
- Practical Knowledge: Complete knowledge of basic safety, fire safety equipment, and security procedures.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
