Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Pipes & Pumps

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop business for pipes and pump products in the Coimbatore market. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, dealer and distributor development, customer relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, plumbers, and other potential customers.
- Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base for pipes and pump products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote products, explain technical features, and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, outstanding payments, and customer queries.
- Prepare daily field visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification; candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
- Experience in field sales, preferably in pipes, pumps, plumbing, irrigation, building materials, or related products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to generate leads, develop dealer networks, and achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English would be an added advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 per year
