Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Counselor (Inside Sales Representative) to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and working professionals regarding online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degree programs and guiding them toward suitable educational opportunities based on their career goals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals about online UG and PG degree programs.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and connect with leads provided by the company.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and program benefits.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Address student queries and handle objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call records,



and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, telecalling, educational counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience in edtech, online education, or admission counseling will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

Candidate Requirements

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable working from the Noida office.
- Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday.
- Must be comfortable with outbound calling, student counseling, and sales targets.
