Job Overview

Scrollwell is looking for a confident, English-conversational Sales Executive to drive B2B partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential institutional partners, conducting telecalling, explaining Scrollwell’s programmes, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, principals, faculty members, and institutional administrators.
- Conduct B2B telecalling, follow-ups, and lead generation.
- Explain Scrollwell’s courses, workshops, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and other educational initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective partners.
- Maintain lead records, call reports, and sales updates in the CRM or assigned tracking sheets.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, and institutional partnerships.

Requirements

- Valuable conversational English and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling,



sales conversations, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Confidence in speaking with college representatives and senior institutional officials.
- Sales experience or B2B telecalling experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
