Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Doctor specializing in Trichology to provide advanced hair and scalp treatments, conduct client consultations, and recommend suitable treatment plans. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build client relationships while driving treatment and product sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced trichology treatments, including scalp detox, mesotherapy, and other hair and scalp-related procedures.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual hair and scalp concerns.
- Convert walk-in clients and salon-referred clients into treatment customers through effective consultations.
- Maintain and operate treatment equipment, devices, and products in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Ensure proper sanitization, hygiene, safety, and maintenance of all equipment.
- Train salon teams on treatment procedures, clinical protocols, current services, and product launches.
- Travel to designated salons and other locations as required.
- Recommend appropriate retail products based on clients’ hair and scalp conditions.
- Conduct virtual and online consultations whenever required.
- Maintain high standards of clinical service, client satisfaction, and treatment quality.
- Contribute to achieving treatment package and retail product sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

- BDS, BHMS, or BAMS qualification.
- Additional degree,



diploma, or certification in Cosmetology or Trichology.
- Valid clinical practice licence or applicable state registration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hair loss treatments, scalp health, trichology, or dermatology.
- Strong understanding of hair growth cycles, scalp disorders, and non-surgical hair loss treatments.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client trust.
- Willingness to travel between designated locations.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week in a 9-hour shift.

Compensation

As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
