Job Description: HR Executive – Recruitment & Administration

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai

Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented HR Executive with excellent sourcing and recruitment skills across IT and non-IT profiles. The candidate should be eager to learn, grow, take ownership, and close open positions quickly while managing HR administration and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Demonstrate excellent sourcing skills to identify, attract, and shortlist suitable candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates and department heads.
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure faster closure of open positions through effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, and recruitment records.
- Handle HR administration, daily HR operations,



employee coordination, and other HR-related responsibilities.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment for IT and non-IT profiles.
- Strong working knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident personality with solid communication, coordination, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage multiple openings independently and deliver results within deadlines.
- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
