You will call people who enquired through our Facebook and Instagram ads. Your main goal is to get interested families to visit the site.
What you will do
- Call current leads within minutes of the enquiry coming in
- Explain the project, plot sizes, prices and EMI options clearly in Tamil
- Book site visits on our free Sunday pickup and confirm them the day before and on the morning of the visit
- Follow up on leads who don’t answer and those who are still deciding, by phone and WhatsApp
- Update every call, site visit and outcome in Google Sheets each day
- Share a daily report of interested leads with management
- Maintain the company's social media pages (posting and responding to comments)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
