About the Role:

We are a manufacturing company specializing in commercial machinery and food processing equipment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to handle the end-to-end design of our machinery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D assembly modeling, sheet metal design, and generating production-ready 2D fabrication drawings for the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 3D models and large assemblies for commercial machinery (such as rotary ovens, spiral mixers, etc.)
- Design sheet metal components, calculate bending allowances, and perform nesting for laser cutting and fabrication.
- Create accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly diagrams, and precise fabrication details for the workshop team.
- Prepare and maintain structured Bills of Materials (BOM) for procurement and inventory tracking.
- Work closely with the production supervisor and shop floor fabricators to resolve design or assembly issues during the manufacturing process.
- Optimize existing designs to reduce raw material costs and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
