HR Recruiter – Internal Hiring

Job Summary

Modicle Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring and recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfil the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.




- Support onboarding and joining coordination for selected candidates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and resume screening.
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
