Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Press Machine Operator who has hands-on experience in CRC sheet metal drawing/forming and die setting for folding chair seat manufacturing.
The candidate must be capable of independently operating a 200 Ton Automatic Hydraulic Press Machine, setting dies and maintaining production quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a 200 Ton Automatic Hydraulic Press Machine for folding chair seat drawing.
- Perform drawing/forming operations on CRC sheet metal.
- Have practical knowledge of die fitting, die setting, die alignment and die adjustment.
- Understand the drawing die process and maintain correct machine pressure and stroke settings.
- Identify and troubleshoot drawing defects such as wrinkles, cracks,
uneven forming and shape problems.
- Check die clearance, alignment and forming quality as required.
- Perform die changeover and production setup.
- Maintain consistent seat shape, dimensions and production quality.
- Carry out basic machine troubleshooting and follow all safety procedures.
Mandatory Skills
- Practical experience in hydraulic press machine operation.
- Strong knowledge of CRC sheet metal drawing/forming.
- Good knowledge of drawing dies, die setting, fitting and alignment.
- Ability to independently set up the machine and die for production.
- Experience in folding chair seat drawing will be highly preferred.
Significant: Candidates who only have general machine operating experience and do not have drawing die setting knowledge should not apply.
