- Build, manage, and expand real estate sales teams.
- Recruit and develop Business Managers and Sales Executives.

- Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Lead business expansion activities in Coimbatore.

2. Business Manager – Real Estate Sales

- Recruit, train, and manage a real estate sales team.
- Generate leads and identify potential property buyers.
- Coordinate customer meetings and property site visits.
- Drive residential plot sales and customer conversions.
- Develop referral networks and business partnerships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
