Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills to manage data, prepare reports, and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

● Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources.

● Create Excel reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

● Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions for data analysis.

● Monitor data accuracy and maintain organized records.

● Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.

● Support management with timely reports and data analysis.

● Handle ad hoc reporting requirements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline.

● 1–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data sorting/filtering.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.





● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

● Valuable communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

supporting business operations.
