We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator who can transform architectural designs, 3D renders, and SketchUp models into engaging, cinematic videos using AI tools and professional video-editing software. Key Responsibilities - Create AI-generated architectural videos, cinematic walkthroughs, and project reveal videos. - Convert still renders and 3D visualisations into realistic animations using AI video-generation tools. - Create promotional reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram videos, and other social media content. - Develop cinematic sequences featuring realistic camera movements, lighting, landscaping, people, and environmental effects. - Work with architectural drawings, SketchUp models, renders, and reference images. - Use AI tools to enhance visual quality, create transitions, and generate engaging storytelling content. - Edit videos with professional colour grading, music, sound effects, subtitles, and branding. - Create project presentations, marketing videos, and before-and-after renovation videos. - Maintain the original architectural design, building geometry, and material intent while creating animations. - Coordinate with architects and the marketing team to deliver content within deadlines. Required Skills - Knowledge of AI video-generation tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Google Veo, Luma AI, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.



- Experience with AI image-generation and enhancement tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar platforms. - Understanding of architectural visualisation, composition, perspective, lighting, and camera movement. - Ability to create high-quality vertical reels (9:16) and cinematic videos (16:9). - Creative storytelling skills and a good understanding of social media trends. - Ability to follow architectural references accurately and maintain visual consistency across video sequences. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in an architecture, interior design, real estate, or visualisation studio. - Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion, V-Ray, or Unreal Engine. - Experience creating realistic exterior and interior walkthroughs. - A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated videos, architectural animations, or cinematic reels.
