We are looking for a reliable and organized Store and Inventory Manager to oversee our factory stores, warehouse, and material inventory for commercial bakery and food processing machinery manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless inventory tracking, effective material flow to the shop floor, and accurate record-keeping to prevent production delays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Control & Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials (steel sheets, pipes, hardware), standard components (motors, electrical items), and finished machinery parts to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Material Inward & Outward: Inspect incoming shipments from vendors against purchase orders, verify quantities, and ensure proper inward entry.
- Manage outgoing materials and dispatch of finished goods securely.
- ERP & Record Maintenance:



Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of all inventory transactions using Excel or ERP software.
- Stock Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Shop Floor Coordination: Coordinate closely with the production engineers and purchase manager to ensure raw materials are issued to the shop floor on time according to production schedules.
- Warehouse Organization: Organize the warehouse and storage racks systematically for quick retrieval, safety, and efficient space utilization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
