About the Role
Vaidyiq is looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to build relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners, and drive adoption of our healthcare platform and Ayurvedic product marketplace.

Responsibilities

- Visit Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, and pharmacies regularly
- Onboard doctors and partners onto the Vaidyiq platform
- Present our products, marketplace, and consultation services, explaining features, formulations, and usage accurately
- Generate leads, manage the pipeline, and convert prospects into active partners
- Achieve targets for sales, GMV, onboarding, and activity
- Follow up regularly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries
- Share market, competitor, and customer feedback
- Track visits, leads, and orders in CRM and digital tools
- Support webinars, product launches, and field marketing activities





Requirements

- Robust communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Experience in pharma, Ayurvedic, medical device, or wellness sales (an advantage)
- Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting doctors face to face
- Able to plan routes and daily visits independently
- Comfortable with CRM, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and learn about Vaidyiq's products and regulatory requirements

Preferred

- Knowledge of Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or Medicine
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
