PACT Foundation is a Goa-based non-profit organisation dedicated to positive societal change through education and empowerment. Since 2023, the flagship Happy School Project has transformed over 40 rural and semi-urban schools and reached more than 10,000 students – building smart classrooms, libraries, playgrounds, and clean sanitation in the schools that need them most. In 2025, the Foundation launched Goa Super 100, a full undergraduate scholarship programme for high-performing, low-income Goan youth. The PACT x QS ImpACT Youth Scholarship sends outstanding young Goans to a global summit in London each year.

In August 2026, PACT launched Radio Mandovi 88.4 FM, Goa's first community radio. This is established through a collaboration with Agraniya Educational & Social Welfare Society as a philanthropic initiative of Dr Ashwin Fernandes.

The role

- Provide overall leadership for Radio Mandovi: direction, people, systems and compliance
- Work under the Founder,



who sets the station’s vision and community mandate
- Own how the station delivers against it

What you will do

- Lead the station day to day and set its direction
- Manage the team programme leads, presenters and interns.
- Work to hold the editorial standard

What we need

- Experience in media, communications, broadcast or programme work
- Proven people management
- Genuinely comfortable with technology
- Konkani or Marathi is required. We broadcast to Goan villages in Goan languages.
- Solid English
- Based in or around Moira, Mapusa or Aldona or Bardez.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
