Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel facilities and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems, including split ACs, cassette ACs, and central AC systems.

· Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of AC units.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in air-conditioning equipment.

· Monitor cooling performance and ensure optimal system efficiency.

· Check refrigerant levels, compressors, filters, coils, thermostats, and drainage systems.

· Attend to guest room complaints and departmental maintenance requests promptly.

· Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel maintenance procedures.





· Coordinate with the Engineering team for breakdowns and major repairs.

· Follow energy-saving practices and ensure proper handling of refrigerants.

Skills and Competencies

· Good knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

· Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.

Experience: 1– 3 years in a similar role preferred

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or equivalent technical qualification.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
