Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and direct marketing activities.

Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.

Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Follow up after site visits to address client queries, resolve pending issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of client requirements.

Manage tender submissions and ensure compliance with required formats, guidelines, and deadlines.

Prepare quotations, maintain project documentation, and support vendor registration and compliance activities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good presentation and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to travel frequently and manage client interactions independently.

Good command of English. Knowledge of Kannada will be given preference.





Valuable awareness of Bangalore localities and surrounding areas.

Qualification & Experience

Any Graduate.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field is mandatory.
