Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, and coordination with different teams.
Day-to-Day Work
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and HR teams.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Update daily information using MS Excel.
- Assist with customer-related sales activities.
What We Need
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
