Qube Academy is an education consulting and career guidance organisation that helps students explore higher education opportunities and make informed career decisions. We support students through programme selection, admissions guidance and the application process.

We are expanding our counselling team in Hyderabad and are looking for 3–5 motivated MBA Admissions Counsellors who enjoy interacting with students, explaining educational opportunities and guiding them towards the right management programmes.

Job Summary

As an MBA Admissions Counsellor, you will connect with prospective students and their parents, understand their academic and career goals, explain suitable MBA and postgraduate management programmes, and guide them through the admissions process.

The role may involve counselling students interested in NMIMS programmes and other relevant management education options. You must communicate programme details accurately and use official admission information when explaining eligibility, fees, entrance requirements and application deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents about MBA programmes, specialisations, eligibility and career opportunities.
- Handle incoming enquiries, follow up with interested candidates and maintain timely communication through phone calls, WhatsApp and other professional channels.
- Explain admission procedures, entrance requirements, application steps and documentation clearly.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable programmes.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records,



follow-up schedules and applicant status in the company’s database or CRM.
- Work towards counselling, follow-up and admissions goals while maintaining skilled communication and ethical counselling practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Telugu is an advantage, but it is not compulsory.
- Good interpersonal skills, confidence on phone calls and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets and maintaining enquiry records.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple student enquiries.

Experience in admissions counselling, education consulting, student relationship management, customer service or inside sales will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in student counselling are welcome to apply.

Salary and Work Details

Salary: ₹3 LPA–₹5 LPA, depending on experience, communication skills and suitability.
