Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, salary disbursements, incentives, reimbursements, and full-and-final settlements.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, PF, ESI, TDS, skilled tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Process Excellence: Streamline payroll workflows, strengthen internal controls, and drive automation and operational efficiency.
- Systems & Reporting: Manage payroll systems, reconciliations, payroll analytics, and management reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, vendors, and auditors to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
- Team Leadership:



Lead the payroll team, maintain data confidentiality, and establish robust governance and accountability.

Requirements

- Master's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience in payroll and operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.
- Experience managing large, multi-location, or operations-driven workforces.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in startups, logistics, mobility, or high-growth organizations is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
