Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects, develop design concepts, prepare detailed technical drawings, and oversee project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture design, space planning, and material selection, along with the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential spaces, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, and other functional areas.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage solutions, and customized furniture.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders to present design concepts to clients.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, laminates, colours, lighting, and furniture in line with design requirements and budgets.
- Manage projects from concept development and design finalization through execution and handover.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, carpenters, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Review measurements, drawings, material specifications, and execution details to minimize errors and rework.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Mentor junior interior designers and review their drawings, designs, and deliverables.
- Ensure that completed projects meet client expectations, functional requirements, and quality standards.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of residential interior design and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D layouts and technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Coohom, D5 Render, or other relevant 3D visualization tools.
- Expertise in modular kitchen design, wardrobes, cabinetry, and customized furniture detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and interior execution techniques.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and convert concepts into execution-ready drawings.
- Strong project management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and team management abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
- Prior experience handling projects independently, from design development to site execution.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture detailing, and technical drawings.
- Experience in interior design firms, modular furniture companies, or residential fit-out projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
