A. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall planning, organizing and controlling of all lab operations.

2. Final authority for TAT monitoring, critical value reporting and report release escalation.

3. Implementation and monitoring of NABL ISO 15189:2022 QMS across all departments.

4. Approval of SOPs, Method Validations, Equipment Qualifications and Master Documents.

5. Financial planning - budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiation, AMC/CMC.

6. Recruitment, training, rostering, and annual performance appraisal of staff.

7. Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and handle internal/external audits.

8. Business development - tie-up with doctors, hospitals, camps and corporate.

9. Handle reliable complaints, medico-legal issues and corrective actions.

10. Ensure 100% statutory compliance - BMW, PNDT, Fire, Lab License.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
