Everymedia Technologies is looking for a proactive and organised Program Manager to oversee student participation, provide ongoing guidance, address queries, and ensure smooth program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support students throughout the program.
- Address student queries and provide timely assistance.
- Track student progress, activities, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and program updates.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure students meet their targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with students and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor overall program progress and ensure activities are completed as planned.
Requirements
- Solid communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple students and track their progress.
- Good reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in program management, student engagement, or academic coordination is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
