Job Description

Novyra Life Sciences LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven US Bench Sales Pharma Recruiter to support our pharmaceutical and life sciences staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing bench consultants, building relationships with US staffing vendors, and securing project opportunities for consultants in pharmaceutical and life sciences domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Market available consultants to US staffing vendors and direct clients for pharmaceutical and life sciences projects.
- Identify suitable requirements for consultants specializing in CQV, CSV, Validation, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Manufacturing, Automation, and Process Engineering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US staffing vendors, implementation partners, and recruiters.
- Submit qualified consultants to relevant job requirements and coordinate interviews with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and placement terms while maintaining effective vendor relationships.
- Follow up regularly on submissions, interview feedback, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, availability, visa status, and marketing records.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, email,



and other professional networks to identify suitable opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and successful placements.
- Track daily marketing activities, submissions, interviews, and placement progress.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences staffing.
- Good understanding of US staffing processes, vendor management, and consultant marketing.
- Familiarity with pharma and life sciences roles such as CQV, CSV, Validation, QA/QC, and Automation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple consultants, and meet placement targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor networks is preferred.
